Electrode paste is a self baking electrode that is supplied to ferroalloy furnace and calcium carbide furnace as a consumable conductive material. It is roasted into a conductive electrode for smelting by generating heat through current.

1. No. 1 paste: ash content is less than 5.0%, volatile content is 12.0%-15.5%, compressive strength is more than 17.0mpa, resistivity is 68 μ Below Ω m, the bulk density is above 1.36g/cm3.

2. No. 2 paste: ash content below 6.0%, volatile content 12.0%-15.5%, compressive strength above 15.7mpa, resistivity 75 μ Below Ω m, the bulk density is above 1.36g/cm3.

3. No. 3 paste: ash content below 7.0%, volatile content 9.5%-13.5%, compressive strength above 19.6Mpa, resistivity 80 μ Below Ω m, the bulk density is above 1.36g/cm3.

4. No. 4 paste: ash content below 9.0%, volatile content 11.5%-15.5%, compressive strength above 19.6Mpa, resistivity 90 μ Below Ω m, the bulk density is above 1.36g/cm3.

5. No. 5 paste: ash content below 11.0%, volatile content 11.5%-15.5%, compressive strength above 19.6Mpa, resistivity 90 μ Below Ω m, the bulk density is above 1.36g/cm3.
