The manufacturing process of electrode paste was introduced in detail
Electrode paste manufacturing includes such production processes as medium crushing and screening, grinding, batching, kneading and molding cooling.
① Medium crushing screening
The project is equipped with a medium crushing and screening system for calcined anthracite. The calcined anthracite is fed by electromagnetic vibrating feeder, and then sent to a double-layer horizontal vibrating screen and a single-layer horizontal vibrating screen by belt conveyor and bucket elevator. After screening, the materials with particle size greater than 10mm are returned to the intermediate bin, and then fed by electromagnetic vibrating feeder to the double roller crusher. Re sieving after medium crushing. 10-6mm and 6-3mm grain size materials can be directly into the corresponding batching bin, or can be returned to the double roller crusher to be finely crushed to less than 3mm, which is convenient for flexible production adjustment.
There are 3 kinds of particle size materials, i.e. 10-6mm, 6-3mm, 3-0mm. In addition to the materials of 6-3mm and 3-0mm directly entering the batching bin, some materials are sent to the pulverizer for grinding into powder.
The raw and crushed materials are directly transported to the raw and crushed material bin for use by belt conveyor and bucket elevator after being crushed to the particle size below 20mm in two stages in the treatment section.
In order to ensure the compactness of the electrode paste product, a certain proportion of powder (about 45%) needs to be added to fill the gap between the granules during the production of the electrode paste. The main source of powder is the calcined anthracite dust, calcined petroleum coke and coke powder collected by the dust collection system, which are crushed into powder by the pulverizer.
Four 6r4427 pendulum mills [or Raymond mills] are used for grinding. The electromagnetic vibration feeder is fed into the pendulum mill quantitatively. After the dust containing gas from the mill is separated by the air separator, the coarse particle material is separated and returned to the mill for grinding. The qualified fine powder is collected by the cyclone collector and sent to the powder material proportioning bin. The circulating air enters the mill through the ventilator for recycling production. The excess air generated in the grinding process is discharged into the atmosphere after purification.
In addition to being used for batching, some of the powders are used as adsorbent for asphalt flue gas during mixing, kneading and molding, and are used for adsorption treatment of asphalt flue gas. After adsorption, the asphalt flue gas directly enters the mixing and kneading section.
③ Batching, kneading, temperature equalizing and molding cooling
Coke particle material, powder material and residual particle material are respectively weighed by the feeder and hopper scale at the bottom of the respective batching bin according to the formula requirements, and then transferred to the recheck scale. The prepared raw materials are transported by the screw conveyor to the upper heating pot of the preheating kneading machine for heating. After the mixture is heated to 170-180 ℃ for 30-40min, the hot mixture, raw crushed material and liquid binder asphalt are added into the kneading pot at the lower layer of the preheating kneader for kneading. The liquid asphalt is measured by an electronic funnel scale and the reduction method is adopted. The whole batching process is automatically controlled by microcomputer.
Double mixing and heating 2000L preheating kneading machine is selected for kneading. 2 tons of paste can be kneaded each time, and the kneading cycle is 40-50 minutes. The kneaded paste is discharged into the movable bottom paste box and sent to the paste temperature equalizing box for temperature equalizing treatment by the electric flat car and the bridge crane.
A fixed table chain type paste molding machine is used for paste molding. When using materials, the paste in the temperature equalizing box is directly sent to the weighing bucket of the forming machine for metering, and then enters the chain forming machine. After forming, it enters the chain cooling conveyor for cooling, and the cooled electrode paste is transported to the electrode paste warehouse through the roller conveyor for storage. The unqualified electrode paste shall be sent to the feed back processing system by forklift.
